Yoga Classes

Our group yoga classes take place outdoors in the most beautiful places of the Luberon, in our studio in Maubec, at our partners in the Luberon, and live on online platforms.

Aerial yoga, also referred to as anti-gravity yoga, is practiced in a hammock hung from the ceiling. The body weight is supported by the hammock in the air and allows you to go further in your yoga poses and stretches. Furthermore, it is very beneficial for people with back pain, as there is far less pressure placed upon your joint because of the hammock’s support. Also, aerial yoga will help put your mind at ease and help you to release stress. It’s a great option for beginners and experienced yoga performers!



This class is for yogis who wish to discover or to review the bases of postural yoga. Bases on Ashtanga Yoga, this class breaks down the different Sun Salutation variations ( Surya surya namaskar A et B ), as well as the basic asanas.

This class is suited for beginners.



Power Yoga is a very dynamic yoga practice, which combines Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, as well as fitness and Pilates exercises to build your physical and mental strength. The rhythm of the flows is more intense and we will explore more advanced postures.

This class is suited for more experienced yogis.



While respecting your body with conscious and kindness, this class will help you develop your flexibility through breathing exercises to stretch your muscles, free your joints and increase your mobility. We can also work on more advanced contortion posture if desired.

This class is suited for non-flexible people!



Yin Yoga is a safe and quiet place to disconnect, to let go and to stretch your deep muscles and facia.

Suspended in the hammock, Aerial Yin Yoga is yet another and complete differente practice with different sensations to reconnect to your body. The postures and held between 2 to 5 minutes. We mostly work on the lower body with the hammock.

Aerial Yin Yoga helps to find balance with the mind and the body, to strength the metabolism, to increase your concentration and to deeply and simply let go.



Vinyasa Yoga synchronizes your breath with to movement in a dynamic flow. The freedom and creativity of the flow allows you to let go of whatever is holding you back. Yoga Vinyasa is both physical and athletic, and boosts the circulation of your energy. Practiced regularly, Yoga Vinyasa allows you to tone and stretch your deep muscles and to work on your flexibility and mobility.

The unity of conscience between movement and breath increases the level of oxygen in the body, which helps to relax, release and let go. It also helps to boost concentration. The increase of your body temperature will make you sweat, which helps to eliminate toxins and helps to naturally detox the body.



This circus discipline is both sportive and artistic. It is accessible to all. It is the perfect combination of technique, flexibility, acrobatics and dance.

This class is suited for beginners.



Aerial or acrobatic hammock is a circus discipline that combines aerial silks and aerial dance. The hammock is hung from one rigging point in the ceiling. It is possible to explore inversions and spins !

The class starts with a warm-up ( stretching and strengthening), followed by the practice of basic techniques. You will also learn beautiful figures, postures and combos.
